Nootropack: Nootrooppinen pakettimme

I've been taking the morning and afternoon capsules for about three weeks and the mid-day slump I used to hit around 2pm is noticeably milder. Splitting it into three doses across the day actually fits my routine better than one big pill in the morning.

The timing system finally makes sense to me—morning, midday, and evening capsules that line up with my actual energy dips. I've been on the subscription for six weeks and the afternoon fog I used to hit around 2pm is noticeably lighter.

Took me a few days to get into the rhythm, but once I started taking the morning and afternoon capsules at the right times, the focus during my work blocks felt noticeably steadier. The evening one is the sleeper hit — I've been sleeping through the night for the first time in months.
