The brain fog was real for me by 2 p.m. every day, but this stack genuinely clears it within twenty minutes and keeps me sharp through my whole shift. It’s subtle enough that I don’t get jittery, which was my biggest fear with anything like this.

I’ve been using this stack around 10 a.m. when my energy dips, and the push it gives me is noticeable without feeling jittery. Taking it with water is easy enough, though I do wish the packet was easier to tear open on the go.
