The morning pill gives me steady, jitter-free energy that lasts through my noon slump, and I've noticed I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer with the nighttime dose. My sleep tracking app shows I'm getting about an hour more of deep sleep each night.
I was skeptical about a two-pill routine, but the combo actually works. The morning Xnergy gives me steady focus without that jittery crash, and I've been sleeping deeper with Dream than I have in months.
The morning dose gets me through the whole workday without that jittery crash, and I've actually started sleeping through the night on the Dream half. The two-step routine is simple enough that I've stuck with it for three weeks now, which never happens with supplements.
