A stack of three nootropic formulas designed to be taken at key points throughout the day corresponding to your body's natural circadian rhythm. Supports energy, mood, recovery and cognition.*
The timing system finally makes sense to me—morning, midday, and evening capsules that line up with my actual energy dips. I've been on the subscription for six weeks and the afternoon fog I used to hit around 2pm is noticeably lighter.
Took me a few days to get into the rhythm, but once I started taking the morning and afternoon capsules at the right times, the focus during my work blocks felt noticeably steadier. The evening one is the sleeper hit — I've been sleeping through the night for the first time in months.
The three-pack rotation actually fits my day well—morning one wakes me up without jitters, and the evening formula doesn’t mess with my sleep. I just wish the subscription let me swap out the mood one for a second energy pill, since that’s the one I keep running low on.
